This is a (cleaned) 6th port sleeve. Air comes in the end, plows into the wall, and into the engine (at high RPMs these open).

This is a 6th port with a Pineapple Racing Insert. It makes it a much less abrupt transition, and is supposedly good for 5-8 hp at the top end.

We're rebuilding the engine in Brian's garage. The tarp is to keep the mess contained.

This is a new housing. It's shiny. The triangles wobble around inside these.

These are my new apex seals. They're 2 piece instead of the stock 3 piece, and should hold up a lot better.

This is a rotor sitting on the front iron.

The coolant seal o-rings were a pain to get in place, so we sat housings on them to hold them while the sealant set up enough to hold them.

The inside area is the combustion chamber. The outside is the water jacket. O-rings seal on both sides of the water jacket.
