The long cables drape around to the hard drives. The secondary power supply is not yet in place above the mainboard, but the third PSU is in place in the lower left corner. Also visible from this angle is how the hard drives are mounted - they rest on the nails driven through the side of the hard drive stack. Space is allowed for airflow between the drives.
